Already, we've had a lot of great speakers at TEDxChapmanU. I wanted to highlight one talk in particular, given by Jennifer Sullivan, Marketing and Branding Guru, that involved Apple, Justin Bieber, and chaos. Jennifer's approach to marketing is that friction is good, and if we can break down what causes this 'good' friction (through the use of "frictionology"), we can inspire more growth in the world, both through technological and entertainment means.
The talk was an illuminating mixture of pop culture, market analysis, and content-centric branding. And, to top it all off, Jennifer analyzed innovational trends to assess not only where we have been, but where we are going.
